User Agreement

The following User Agreement governs the requirements and terms by which You (“You” “Your” “Customer) may use the PurerPodcasts APP (“we”, “us” or “App”).

By using the App, you agree that your use of our App, is governed by this User Agreement. We may need to change our User Agreement at some point in the future, in which case we will post the changes to this User Agreement on this App and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the App after we post any such changes, you accept the User Agreement as modified. You understand that violation of this User Agreement is grounds to terminate your use of the App permanently and effective immediately without refund.

User Conditions: 

It is a condition of your use of the App that you do not:

· Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the App.

· Use the App to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

· Interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks used to provide the App or its features, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of the networks we use to provide the App.

· Use the App to instigate or encourage others to commit illegal activities or cause injury or property damage to any person.

· Gain unauthorized access to the App, or any account, computer system, or network connected to this App, by means such as hacking, password mining or other illicit means.

· Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through this App.

· ”crawling" or "scraping", whether manually or by automated means, or otherwise using any automated means (including bots, scrapers, and spiders), to view, access or collect information, or using any part of the Services or Content to train a machine learning or AI model or otherwise ingesting PurerPodcasts Content into a machine learning or AI model;

· Use the App to post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component.

· transferring copies of cached Content from an authorized Device to any other Device via any means;

· Use the App to post, transmit or in any way exploit any information, software or other material for commercial purposes, or that contains advertising.

· Purchase, download or copy any products or services from this App and use to pirate said content.

· removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices (including for the purpose of disguising or changing any indications of ownership or source);

· deleting or altering any part of the Services or Content except as expressly permitted under the Agreements. 

· providing your password to any other person or using any other person's username and password.

· any other use which is not expressly permitted under the Agreements or applicable law, or which otherwise infringes intellectual property rights.
