You can request deletion of your PurerPodcasts account and its associated data by email. You do not need to install the app or sign in to use this option.
Request deletion by email
- Email support@purerpodcasts.com with the subject PurerPodcasts account deletion request.
- Include the email address associated with your PurerPodcasts account. If possible, send the request from that address.
- Tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
Email an account deletion request
If the button does not open your email app, copy support@purerpodcasts.com into your preferred email service. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or private podcast feed access tokens.
Delete your account in the app
While signed in, open Settings → Other Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Deletion is permanent.
What happens to your data
Account deletion removes your account profile and associated account data, including saved podcast subscriptions, playlists, listening progress, preferences, private-feed records, and account-linked analysis requests.
To prevent repeated free trials and protect against abuse, protected trial-eligibility identifiers may be retained for up to two years after trial use or account deletion. These records are used for trial eligibility and abuse prevention, not advertising.
Apple, Google, and other payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies. Deleting your PurerPodcasts account does not necessarily delete records held by those providers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions and charges
If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel your subscription through that store to stop future renewal charges. Deleting the app or your PurerPodcasts account does not cancel an app-store subscription.
If you subscribed on the web, or need help with a subscription, mention it in your deletion request so support can help you with billing and deletion together.
