If you believe that information on Purerpodcasts constitutes copyright infringement, you can send us a notice (“Notice of Claimed Copyright Infringement”). Include the following information:

• A statement that under U.S. copyright law you are a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right holder that is alleged to have been infringed;• A statement that claims that under penalty of perjury, that you, the complaining party, are the owner of an exclusive right that is alleged to have been infringed or a person authorized to act on behalf of such owner.
• A statement that you, the complaining party, have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• Your contact information. Email address preferred.
